Philip Cowen please retire, Carlos Elizondo had his time there, he's just looking for a way back in. Drue Brown is the only choice in this race. Victor Caballero is new but he's been drinking the Kool-Aid that BISD has been serving for years(toss up). Denise Garza hasn't really done much other than hang out with Minerva Pena. Prisci is still good there. Frank Ortiz not yet but maybe next time.
