After faltering for a bit following the economic and social gatherings possibilities perpetrated by the covid 19 pandemic, we are glad to see the membership come together to try to save their post. We will continue to post announcements such as the one above for a BBQ fundraiser this September 11 as a public service. And, juan, you are one vet, so you're a veteran, not "veterans."
Local veterans should shoulder this expense themselves. Why should the citizenry fund building repairs that will benefit only them?
Now if these same vets helped with street cleaning, construction of bus stop shelters are aid the elderly with their lawn care, well...maybe.
They don't do any of that.
