I've always lived in the southmost area, my parents and grand parents have always lived here and I have never seen or heard any white person trying to help this area. Es mas they always raise our property taxes. Look at the streets, full of problems, no street lights and looks like an abandoned city in Mexico or africa. Still nothing is being planned or no current projects for improvement are expected.
So what has this white lady done for this area? NADA NOTHING
