What you see as old I see as experience, which is what we need. Eric is young and look at what we got.
Things I liked about the interview:
1. I like the the way he expressed himself. For example he used a tower as an analogy to describe his work
2. He knows and values the dispatchers and deputies as his base
3. His vocation as an officer of the law went from a job to a career and finally to a passionate
4. He stated that he would respect the badge and uniform
