(Ed.s Note: Five alleged "undisciplined" members of the Cartel Del Golfo" were turned over to Mexican authorities by the Grupo Escorpiones administrative arm and said they were the gunmen responsible for the kidnapping of four American citizens which resulted in the death of two and the wounding of one of the survivors.
In the hand-written missive left with the five alleged perpetrators along with assorted weapons, bullet-proof vests and magazines, the Grupo Escorpiones apologizes to Matamoros residents, the family of the local woman killed in the crossfire, and the American families of the four kidnapped victims.
This reminds us of the joke that involved a contest to determine which world secret service would reign supreme in a contest to see who could bring in the biggest hare.
The CIA brought in a brown four-foot high desert hare. The Russians brought in one that was five feet high but was white.
The sun was going down when the Mexican secret service, the PGR, rolled in on their combi and brought out their entry.
The judges looked at the animal and saw the trunk, the tusks, and the big floppy ears.

"Como que no es liebre? (What do you mean it's not a hare?) Preguntenle (Ask it).

Praise to the Cartel for eliminating two of the numerous black scum roaming our streets like animals. Sad, that the other two weren’t eliminated as well. Were these blacks attempting to buy drugs illegally? Or were they working with the DEA on a cohort operation? Either way, 1 point for the Cartel.
The United States could literally end the war on drugs in less than a year. However, illegal drugs are a billion dollar industry. Who in their right mind would want to end it? Now Cartel members living among us, pay their fair share of taxes on their homes, properties and businesses. This brings revenue to our area. The Cartel is just a business. They sell a product that Americans demand.
