FAU (Florida Atlantic University) is this year's Cinderella. They'll have a tough one against Kansas State, but they were written off early in this tournament. This is like the perennial doormat Porter High Cowboys going up against Austin Westlake in the State Football Finals!!!

The graffiti was found on a downtown Brownsville mural, on the side of the Capitol Theater building on 11th and Levee streets. The City of Brownsville commissioned the mural from Los Angeles artist Teddy Kelly, using money donated to the city by the Elon Musk Foundation. The City of Brownsville paid $20,000 of this money to Kelly.
Residents criticized that the money funding the mural was the SpaceX’s CEO’s philanthropic arm and that the city didn’t consider using local artists.
“I’m amazed by how brazen the mayor seems to be abusing his authority and power. Why does he take it personal that somebody scribbled a couple words, not even on the mural but below the mural. Why is that a public emergency?”

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (AP) — El comediante y presentador mexicano Xavier López “Chabelo”, que alegró las mañanas dominicales de innumerables niños por casi cinco décadas con el programa de concursos “En familia con Chabelo”, además de provocar risas en filmes y series de comedia durante décadas, falleció el sábado a los 88 años.
“Esta es una mañana muy triste, Xavier López Chabelo, padre, hermano y esposo nos ha dejado de manera súbita, causa de complicaciones abdominales”, escribieron sus familiares y representantes en su cuenta oficial de Twitter.
“Con el alma desgarrada y sabiendo que muchos y muchas personas lo han querido por muchos años y que sentirán su partida, les pedimos orar por su descanso y nos den oportunidad de pasar en paz el duelo que embarga a toda nuestra familia”, agregaron.
Chabelo había sido por años objeto de falsas noticias sobre su muerte.
