Homeless people want to be free. Some ask for money and use it for drugs.
It is hard to not have a place where to sleep at peace.
The City of Brownsville should be innovative and have a hotel for 5 dollars per night to stay if you are homeless. If you do not have money you can pay by doing chores around the hotel.
Police can check the hotel to keep law and order.
My problem with the homeless starts when they are WASP. Seriously, a WASP asking a Brownie for a handout? Something is wrong with the picture!

calling teachers ignorant is stupid so you must be stupid. they all go gamble every summer stupid. its a fact stupid, so go on about your stupid business and quit calling teachers ignorant STUPID.
Better warn them their property taxes will double or even triple in October.
They gotta stop wasting so much money on these luxuries like drinking water and food, time to save up for the appraisal district.
These people choose to live like that. They don't want to have the financial worries a person with a house and a car has. They don't want a full time job either. They just wanna wash a car or two to make enough money to get through the day, or free money from the dummies that give them money and help contribute to the problem.

I go gamble with my hard earned money and no estupido is gonna stop me and I am a teacher and we all go gamble my group consists of all teachers and supervisors and WE ALL GAMBLE so you know what you can do!

what a waste of city funds. I heard that they are going to start painting murals on the trails that that are paved which is all of them, for a few million more. y los potholes, flooding, traffic lights no airport!!!!
Does pork meat really come from pigs? so why do they call elected officials pigs? I like pork meat it taste good but now I don't know. I am a teacher but now I don't think I will be eating pork, it will make me think of a friend of mine that is an elected official. yuk
