Sorry Mr. Montoya, I was at the forum where all commission and mayorial candidates had their say at the main library branch. Mr. Villarreal did not give clear responses, he beat around the bush too much. Ms. Rubalcaba admitted leaning towards Republican principles. (Yes, there are some people that are Republicans in this town and not everyone is a Mayra Flores or a Donald Trump wannabee. Are you for Mr. Villarreal because he is a man? Because he is a democrat or because you agree with his principles (whatever those might be). The only time I've seen or heard Ms. Rubalcaba talk was during that forum. She was straight forward, she was very clear and she also said she knows how to work across the isle. The last phrase alone made me vote for her. She knows what she wants and where she stands. Villarreal responds as if he is waiting for a handler to give him directions. Just my observation.
The candidates are related. Second or third cousins. Ain't that grand. So whoever wins is a win for the whole family.
How much did Tino pay for the advertising and interview? I hear you make some serious cash!
