(Ed.'s Note: To say that the fellow in the dark shades is mercurial would be to put it mildly. The truce between Robert "Capt. Bob" and city commissioner Pedro Cardenas which Sanchez announced a few days before was short-lived at what the Cap describes above as an affront to his dignity and public decorum. Bob apparently took umbrage at Cardenas' behavior accusing him of showboating during a breakfast that Sanchez was hosting at Cardenas' EL Pueblito Restaurant with "international businessmen and governmental officials" and his daughter Stella. He also accused the city commissioner of dissing his CBS podcast. Perhaps some mediation and social intervention is called for to remedy the rift. For now, though, Sanchez is demanding an apology and says that if Pedro does not recognize he is a public servant, he should resign. A tempest in a teapot?)

Captain Bob? Captain of what? I think his family once owned shrimp boats but I don't know if he ever worked on one. It is hard, dirty work so I doubt it. And is he an actual Coast Guard licensed captain? If not you might just as well promote him and call him Admiral Bob. Now, I know from experience that the Coast Guard calls everyone they talk to on the radio Captain so maybe thats what makes him think he is a captain. You have to pass a written test and a drug test. One of those may be harder for some people to pass than others but maybe he is a captain. Or even an admiral.
