Guess it runs in the family ( rumor-is that his sister is that “judge” Gaby Garcia) So Eddie is another ex-cop vying for a bigger piece of the pie. Dude the rumor on you is that you are like a “ yes man” to all the skirts at the BISD. So where is your own conviction on things. We know your chasing the bigger prize$$$ but you needed to have proven yourself first at BISD before jumping to a bigger arena. Eddie Garcia talks very generic.
Not a good candidate.
Montoya, you sound like Ricardo Montalvan.
Eddie sounds like “the plane, the plane.”
Eddie’s is an elf who wants to grow up. He never reached puberty.
Eddie Garcia is extremely unqualified for Tax assessor collecter but this con artist has a few things going for him .
1. Eddie's sister, District Judge Gaby Garcia is unethical as they come and will be influencing this race for her brother .
2. Eddie's campaign will be heavily financed by BISD vendors. They are going to be pumping money into his campaign war chest.
3. Eddie will be using his BISD BOARD MEMBER postion to influence BISD employees promising anything and everything to get their votes.
This might be enough to fool the voters of Cameron County. DO NOT BE FOOLED! Do not vote for an inexperienced candidate like Eddie Garcia.

Who is the best candidate?
BISD Board Member is dating a BISD secretary from the main building on Price Road. He comes close to lunch time and picks up secretary on certain days. The secetary says they go to Eddies spot and that Eddie wants the Tax Gig to get money and a speedy divorce. Eddie Garcia may be un chaparro sin education, but he got lucky with the BISD Board Member seat. The secretary has even visited the BISD Superintendents Condo at the Island and Eddie Garcia has the keys.
