The city administrators want to give free pests to the citizens of Brownsville who are dependent on public assistance to exist. Are you idiots serious? Just look around this town and you will see numerous cats and dogs roaming the streets of our filthy ejido. These so called pests you are trying to give away will only end up roaming the streets where they originally came from, a revolving door. What this city should do in an effort to clean up the city is start picking up all strays and putting them down and quit wasting taxpayer money. If you feel my statement is cruel put your weakness aside. These are just animals not human beings.

These organizations need to neuter and spay the dogs and cats of the City of Brownsville for FREE.
They need to have a program that visits all the neighborhoods to take care of all the dogs and cats.

Now, that will be a positive program.

Most people in Brownsville do not have the means to take the dogs and cats to be fixed.

Also, people only like puppies and kittens....but not dogs nor cats (they are old, have fleas, and are sick).
