How many people Veterans left feeling used. The lunch was served with Fideo and pre cut little chunks of turkey or what ever it was. It was just a publicity stunt for self grand standing for Erin Gamez and Pedro Cardenas. If you were lucky you got a full meal. IF YOU WERE THERE FIRST. Watered down mash potatoes, fideo with white powdered cheese and pieces of old cold turkey. The room was filled with people, not all veterans hoping to get a real lunch. It was more like the Good Neighbor Settlement House meals. So much for respecting the Veterans. I'm sure it will be the last event Veterans go. Thank you for showing up Monti. AT least you served the Armed Forces as a Vietnam Marine. The otheres who knows?
re-election free food to another level?
People love fideo here in the Valley. Next year, volunteer to cook and prepare the turkey. Good cooks are hard to find.
Also, some people do not eat a lot the day before Thanksgiving because they eat at home, then with the mother, then with the mother-in-law, then with the compadre.... you have to plan your turkey intake. Plus the plate from the neighbors.
So, who forked the bill? You claim to be a reporter? Who actually paid for this?
Then, she has her crook dad greeting those who went? How much money did he pocket?
That's like Jonathan Gracia having his cartel crook dad at the door to receive political contributions! Can't trust Jonathan Gracia unless his dad leaves the country!
So who eats turkeys? all the turkeys I know are still working at the COB, PUB, BISD, PORT, CC, COUTY JAIL, CCSO AND ALL THE BOARDS.
