Una reciente ola de asesinatos en la ciudad fronteriza de Tijuana, México, podría haber sido sacada de un guión de televisión: narcotraficantes enfurecidos persiguiendo a policías corruptos que se robaron un cargamento de droga.
Dos de los agentes sospechosos del robo murieron, dicen los fiscales. Pero también al menos otros tres oficiales, según el exjefe de policía de la ciudad, lo que sugiere que el cártel que pudiera ser dueño de la droga hurtada pudo haber lanzado una represalia generalizada.
