The winners are: Roy de los Santos, the most active commissioner of all times. Yvonne Barraza because she doesn't give up. She was told to desist, that she will not get any support because they already have the official and only candidate but Barraza is putting the good fight. District 4 pos no, pero Pedro Cardenas is related to don Jorge Cardenas, the leader of the poor and that gave his life to help the poor of Matamoros. This guy Cardenas has my vote. The other candidates are good but I still respect the Cardenas legacy.
