What a piece of crap post. So, he gets drunk and damages someone's property. His arrest record may be a long as yours, Monty. So, do we say beware of Monty because of his long DWI arrest record?
The only story is, why did it take Saenz nearly a year to indict him? Answer, Montes drove his tractor into his neighbor's fence and damaged it. A very dangerous criminal, indeed. I am certain had Montes paid to fix the fence this charge would never have happened. There is more to this story than a childish headline.
