A LITTLE YOGA TO RELIEVE STRESS AT CARRIZALES?

It seems that the Cameron County Human Resources' Employment Assistance Program has found fertile ground over at the Rucker-Carrizales Correction Facility.

The EAP is an effort by municipalities and county governments  to promote wellness among the employees and lower health and work-related injury claims against the county's insurer. 
Janie Reyna, who runs that program, periodically sends emails to county staff outlining some of the current topics covered in their newsletters.
The response from Chief Jailer Mike Leinart indicates that, indeed, there is ample support for the meditative breathing techniques and "a few yoga moves" among the staff there.
We don't know if Mike was talking tongue-in-cheek or just having a little fun. You, dear reader, decide.
