Is it possible that the above-named MPAS Eder Hernandez was able to complete a 27-month curriculum in 12 months? Do we have a bona fide genius in our midst or someone adept at cutting corners? Maybe there is an explanation out there?
Is it possible that he could have been – as he claims and made Mayor Trey Mendez, Commissioner Jessica Tetreau, and the city administration believe – "in this community (Brownsville) practicing medicine for over 12 years"?Notice the claim was on March 19 (above), five days before he was awarded the monopoly contract on city-funded CARES ACT COVID-19 testing. And now Tetreau is saying that the communication above or her advocacy for Valley Urgent Med did not happen and attacks the messenger.
In fact, the social media record shows Tetreau was pushing for the clinic as far back to March 2, three weeks before the contract was awarded.
Did this claim of years of experience and personal friendship de facto monopoly for four month on the city's COVID-19 testing that resulted in the finance department paying the company (not Hernandez personally, of course) $815,000 over four months from late March to the end of July?induce our public officials to grant the company– Valley Urgent Med – an advantage
We're not saying the money went to Hernandez's personal bank account, but rather, to the company's owners, an association of doctors.
Still, he highly recommended himself to the public and even Da Mayor referred all city residents seeking a test for the virus to go to him at the Brownsville Sports Park or to this private office.
"The people who are looking for the test, if they have medical insurance, then the medical insurance will be taken through the office of Dr. [Eder] Hernandez,” Mendez said then. “If for any reason they don’t have insurance, then there are funds available through the City of Brownsville to cover that."

You are delusional. He has been in clinical practice since 09. Long time vetted individual. What you described is post graduate professional school training. He is few of couple thousand PA Doctorates in the United States. He has 2 bachelors, 1 masters, and a Doctorate conferred by the DMSc In Lynchburg.
Dr. Anderson, from Valley Day & Night Clinic, has some PA's working for him. Were they afforded an opportunity to bid for the Covid-19 testing? Why not?
I never got my test back. The guy ripped off the federal government. Someone needs to investigate. I had to pay my doctor for a test after waiting 3 weeks. I was negative thank god. I'm diabetic and it would of been painful if I was positive.

Guys he’s a crook: he is partnered up at Southwest Keys with the Medical Director who is employed by the facility that is funded by HHS (managed Medicaid service). His sister is also employed at SWK (nurse), they funnel patients to their private clinic and to the hospital. His wife use to have ownership at a pharmacy where he was sending his prescriptions. Our leaders knew who they were dealing with it was a side deal that’s how he operates. He got the wellness checks without a bid for BISD. Who were the board members? The same ones crawling back. Give it up. The majority of Hispanics will never vote Democrat because they've been raised to vote Democrat. It's easy. You don't have to think or look at facts. No thinking. Just vote Democrat no matter what and someday things will get better. Why do you think Biden is working so hard to get the black vote? Because some blacks are starting to think on their own and are getting informed. Why do you think Biden isn't working to get the Hispanic vote? Because he already has it. Every four years the Democratic party tells Hispanics the same thing. They all vote Democrat because Republicans are evil. It's a cultural thing passed on from generation to generation. Pretty sad. Can I get a contract without bids? I'm smart enough to be a doctor also but I'm not a doctor. And I know a lot of people like me that like to praise each other on social media all the time. It makes us feel better. We always call each other good people, religious, and smart. And we always post things praising each other. It makes us feel good and important.

Obviousely your problem is Inherit Mental Disorders which include racist republican disorder and ojete another mental disorder and pendejo is a treatable disorder which is cure by simply staying away from gringos/cocos.
There are many local clinics that are now offering treatments for the mental disorders of RR and Ojete.
Please look at the yellow pages to find a clinic for your disorders you also show symtoms of OCD. GOOD LUCK!
